Think of an Open Field

3D Design + Animation
Project Overview
This 3D surreal video visually explores my subconscious responses to the psychological cube test. This thought experiment interprets one's perception of an open field, a cube, a ladder, and flowers as symbols of personality and inner self.

Through dreamlike, shifting imagery, the video captures the evolution of my immediate thoughts: a perfectly squared yet decayed barn as my cube, flickering between a cloth-draped house and a fragile glass structure filled with crystal-clear water. The open field is vast yet textured, an endless stretch of golden hay interrupted only by a single barren tree at its center. The surreal interplay of these elements invites the viewer into a landscape shaped by introspection, symbolism, and the subconscious mind.

As the imagery morphs, the video becomes a dialogue between perception and meaning, questioning how we see ourselves versus how we are interpreted. This piece transforms a psychological exercise into a deeply personal visual meditation by bringing the test's abstract symbols into a tangible, immersive world.
